Looks really nice, next to nothing to fix up. How many SF is it? You could put some cool wrought iron things on the brick in the patio area...ok yeh leave it to me to fiddle with the outside more than inside. The interior has some cool light fixtures. The floors look really good with different tiles...ceiling fans etc. Laundry room a big plus ! Love the stairwell... The blue walls are well, very blue...as you said they really like blue...hey you can fix that easy enough! And they must have a dog with crate in photo and doggie food in closet so must be nice people. Looks like some places to walk Sydney which is a must Hope everything goes soomthly and seiftly on the closing.
They have two doggies - both of which were caged the first time I went. I think they have a cat, too, because I saw a litter box - but they usually take the pets with them when people come to look at the place but the two doggies were there the first time I visited. They were very good doggies, though - no barking at all but much lickies when I went to pet them. There is a dog park around the corner nearby and lots of little areas to walk Sydney in. I will, however, have to be much more diligent than I am at my apt complex in cleaning up poopies.
Choosing a color of paint for the walls is harder than I thought. I have a tough enough time making decisions. LOL! Oh, it's a little over 1100 sq ft. Not huge, but big enough for me, Sydney and Mr. Fish.
