House and Tired
I'm so tired. I just want to sleep allllllll weekend!
I did finally find a place to live - a little townhouse in Dunwoody, not far from where I am and with easy access to highways so I can get my butt to work. It's cute - not much I need to do to it other than paint the walls. The current tenants favor blues - in all forms. I like blue, but I have nothing that IS blue.
Now the paperwork battles ensue. I'm on my third realtor but she's great. If anyone needs a realtor in Atlanta let me know and I'll send you her info. I've since switched, however, to a different lender. The one I had was great, but Bank of America actually has an exclusive program that can't be beat so I'm going with them. This on the heels of former lender sending me a box of cookies today. I feel so guilty. But I have to look after the pursestrings.
