Just a record of another day
Yesterday I:
cleaned up kitchen, folded laundry, and watched Sleepy Hollow before taking the kids to the mall. We saw Free Birds. More on that in a bit. After that, I failed to take them to Wendy's for lunch (because it no longer exists at the mall), but they managed to eat and enjoy other food (despite later holding it against me that I failed to take them to Wendy's). We checked out the new iPad and mosied over to Pottery Barn Kids where DD2 bought herself a Tetris Nano despite not actually having enough money (next time I won't be paying for anything she doesn't have cash for. (Kids have their own money, I was just confused about the state of how much she had)). We hit Hanna Andersen briefly. I won't go into the tantrum that DD2 threw at that point.
We picked up dh and went to trade in violin for a bigger size. I think this means DD2 (age 8) is now up to the quarter size:D I bought spices during part of this. I needed a break.
Came home and voted. Waited for contractor who never showed. Easy to cross off the list. :D I watched Castle and turned some triangles right side out. No sewing yesterday. I did manage to unload the dishwasher before I went to bed. It was a busy day!
I just got the kids to school and I'm about to head out for a fitting for custom ear plugs. I think it will behoove me to do this. I intend to do a lot of sewing today. And hopefully some podficcing! It's
