I remember thinking that Gwaine was done for the second he said that about Arthur being worth dying for.

But he isn't dead anyway, nobody actually said it and no dead body. Percival carried him - in his strong arms - back to Camelot and they nursed him back to health. And he wasn't at the Queen's do because he was still strictly on bedrest. That is what happened, I am sure of it *nods*

With the new bloopers I have added Percival giving him that kiss to wake him up again, of course ;) My headcanon was still missing that part.

I just instantly get alarm bells when a character says he'd die for so-and-so, or that it would be worth dying for. I was even surprised Gwaine made it through that episode. Thankfully.

Well, he made it through a lot more eps than that. I have seen speculation that his character was killed because Eoin was so much of a pain in the ass. LOL.
