Lovely day with some frustration
I had a lovely day, hanging out with 
chicago_ruth and then I came home. I should have stayed at her house:P
I picked up dh from work, since it was on my way home. I hit a teeny bit of traffic, but it was ok. Then we stopped at one grocery store for gelatin. Nope. They didn't have it either. Two stores I tried yesterday didn't have it either. Apparently the vendor is out. WTF? Why is the vendor out of Knox gelatin? Ok, whatevs. They didn't have the stevia sugar dh wanted either. We then hit the new grocery store in town that no one is shopping at and hurray, I found it! Now I can make meatloaf in the morning.
We stopped at the library on the way home and that was fine. I managed to pan fry the bit of okra dh had bought and the rest of dinner was leftovers. Ok, dinner done. I forced myself to clean up in the kitchen. Ugh. Around 7, I dragged myself out the door to hit Home Depot to pick up the pre-ordered stuff and go to yet another grocery store. *sob* I got the one item dh had not preordered and then discovered that I was at the wrong one. *facepalm* I called dh to consult about the best way to get from the grocery store to the other HD. Figured that out. Headed to other grocery store. Found pork rinds. Did not find stevia sugar (that isn't in packets, anyway). Went to other Home Depot. Waited so long for the girl to find my order which was right behind her that I might as well have gone through the store to get the shit myself. GRRRRR. Ok, that done, I came home and asked dh to get half the crap out of the car. He told me no. Yeah. I am pretty annoyed.
So, now that I've vented to you all, ignore all that crap and go look at the awesome gifs on this tumblr instead. I should go look at them.
I pick up my kids tomorrow and we have to cram in our last minute summer activities into like 1 1/2 days because Thurs afternoon is our open house for school.
Grrr. Grrr. Just go look at those gifs and tell me which ones you like the best, k?:D <3
