fleete has a post on ERF.  I'm going to link to it from here so I can make myself go read it and discuss it instead of discussing without reading anything that she's written.  Go read it.  It's interesting.

In other news, I spent an hour responding to emails etc this morning, then I spent a few hours in the kitchen making lasagna, and now I'm going to see ( Read more... )

Arthur stared at the canvas. He stepped towards it, face wrinkling as he tried to understand what he saw.

He stepped away from it, thinking that perhaps distance would bring clarity.

“Merlin,” he called sweetly, “what the hell is this?”

Distracted, Merlin replied, “Hm?”

Arthur jabbed towards the canvas.

“This!”

Merlin looked up.

“Oh, that. Well, what do you think it is? How does it make you feel?”

“Damn it. Don’t give me that shit. I hate it when you do that. Just tell me what it is.”

Hee hee:) Arthur was fooled, that's for sure. He's a bit like me and doesn't appreciate random splatters of paint on the canvas.

Just like me. I don't really appreciate modern art.:) I'm more into renaissance art.

I've never seen a comic book until recently (in Hungary comic books are not popular) and I found I couldn't read it. I had to search for a transcript where the pictures were described at it had a novel-like feel. Funny.:)
