Ch-ch-changes
I've been kind of busy trying to reorganize and rearrange things in my house, nevermind that we just had a holiday weekend and were busy with those sorts of things too. I mowed, did several loads of laundry, went to a local festival, ran a few errands, went back to said festival for an extra half an hour, cooked, started purging books, and even got in a few quality moments with children (when I wasn't screaming at DD2 for being the devil herself; she was up until 9 last night! and today she got ahold of some makeup and smeared it all over the walls and some of the sheets. :facepalm:).
In other news, I'm starting to think of things I can do with the girls over the summer. The only scheduled activity they will have is swimming. Otherwise, we're free as birds (well, except for the week we go to the Adirondacks and the week we go to Family Dance Camp). I'm working on a list of things I can do with them, but I know there have to be equally thrifty but way craftier people than me blogging about things to do with kids. Maybe homeschoolers even? I want the summer to be fun! Any ideas if someone out there has a blog about these sorts of things? I can share my list of ideas if anyone is interested.
I'm off to fold more laundry and watch the second half of the very first Buffy. I decided I was being stupid and needed to give it a try. baaaa;)
