School delays
School is delayed two hours tomorrow morning. Thank god. I mean, I knew it was either going to be delayed or cancelled. I was hoping for delayed. All the rain is just going to freeze right back up:P I'm still hoping to get a break.
In other news, I made an awesome lamb stew recipe. I am just going to note it here.
Lamb stew
1 small onion
5-6 carrots
1 parsnip
a couple cloves of garlic
rosemary
thyme
a little water
8 lamb shoulder chops cut up
3 tablespoons of tomato paste (maybe it was 2, maybe it was 4, it was a chunk I threw in that was in the freezer)
Throw everything in crock pot and let it go for 6 hours on high. (How's that for specific?:))
