What do you make when you are feeling uninspired and blah about food?  Here's the menu plan I threw together because I didn't feel like dealing with it any more

Do you make your own enchiladas? I'm assuming yes.

I make "cheesy noodles" for my daughter which consist of noodles, butter, and cheese. I think it's much less cheese than if I were to make a white sauce.

I miss spaghetti with meat sauce.

That marinated lamb sounds divine. We miss lamb 'round here. I can't wait to get my lamb next month! (We buy whole lambs.).

Oh, I make mine with corn tortillas. So, you do make them yourself:)
