For dinner this week we are eating (or have eaten:)):
Chicken Sumac
Sichuan Tofu
Inside Out Bacon Cheeseburgers
Grilled Mackerel steaks (dinner tonight and man was it yummy)
Veggies:
Green beans amandine
Salad
Celery Salad
Carrot Raisin Salad
I grilled the fish after seasoning with a little salt, pepper, and olive oil. The steaks were thick, about two inches. I cooked for 7 minutes, then flipped. Cooked for 8 minutes and flipped. Cooked two more minutes. They were perfect. I had no idea mackerel was so good. The steaks are kind of annoying because they seem to have a ton of bones though. Still. They were a good price and tasty. Worth it, I'd say.
