getting colder
So today after work I'll go to buy more window seal to seal those bits where readjusting the frame was not enough. The draftiness is greatly reduced already but not gone.
The outside walls are losing heat slowly as I wait for my new heating appliances.
Room temperature is down to 19°C which I do not find overly comfortable and hope that it will not drop too much lower as some of my plants might then start to be unhappy.
I never noticed this draftiness in the, uhm, 18 years I've lived in this flat already. Maybe it was not there, maybe the heating took care of it and maybe I am just getting more sensitive to cold. *s*
I do hope that this trip to the home improvement store will be more satisfying than the last where I learned that my wallcolor went out of fashion and is no longer available.
