Happy belated May Day....

Not like anyone cares or anything... I have decided to give up retarded shit for the rest of the year, as politics (and everything else for that matter) is pretty much not even worth speaking about. (Besides, it's too late to announce my candidacy for president, and honestly, I wouldn't want the job if it was offered to me.)
So what should I talk about? Well, there isn't really much to talk about except the important stuff...
As I've prognosticated before, we are in an elongated depression. The economy is supposedly growing, but more and more people are living in their cars because someone convinced them that owning their own place to live was better than renting from someone. What did they get? A reason for bankruptcy that they cannot get because congress changed bankruptcy laws (because they make too much money) and also an inability to get into a reasonably priced, safe place to live because their credit has been destroyed due to a foreclosure on their credit report. This will only get worse before it gets better, and a Republican president (which we are likely to receive since the democrats have 2 equally inept... err... strong candidates that refuse to step aside for the other and will continue to contest the nomination through the Democratic convention which will further disenfranchise the independent voters that the democrats desperately need to take key states(namely western and southern states)) will only make things even worse.
The reason for the ineptitude in these candidates? Easy, Hillary is weighed down by the baggage that she's not the first woman in her husband's life, but that the american people don't see her as a leader in general nor do they see her as being able to rise above her husband when it comes to policy matters. Barack has the failure that he is inexperienced and elitist at the same time. His failure is that he believes the lies that he tells people and also believes that the american people will actually elect a minority president. I don't believe they will for the simple reason that we are still a nation divided 143 years later. There is truth to the statement: 'We are more accepting of minorities than ever.' This aside, people have a tendency to hate those not like them given any minor reason. (Yes, that's a generality, but, unfortunately, it's still true.) Sadly, a similar situation is also the reason Hillary will not win. Mike Huckabee has a better chance of winning running as a Democrat than either Hillary or Obama. (Is it too late for me to announce my candidacy?)
That's all I have for today...
Until next time, my parents said I could become anything, so I became an asshole...
