I Neglect To Put Subjects On Posts These Days..!
So, life is going pretty well at the moment, I can't complain about too many things, Leeds Festival was fun and we're doing fine!
Obviously, it sucks that Toni is in London for the next few nights stalking Pulp while I'm in Manchester as work wouldn't allow me anymore time off, mind you, she'd probably be pissed off at the amount of drunken nobheads leaving the Mint Lounge tonight, so maybe she'll see it as a blessing!?
I've had a little jaunt back into singlehood tonight, there is beer in the bedroom, I'm sat up in bed dicking about online in the early hours listening to music, it's nice. I have fond memories of being selfish and single, it shaped me and I'm now comfortable in who I am and it wasn't the end of the world to not be in a relationship but it doesn't beat being with Toni!
My new job has taken more training (4 weeks) then I've ever had in one place, it's got lots of nuances but relies on sorting out the problem(s) at hand, rather than taking as many calls as possible in a short amount of time possible, which is definitely more what I want to do. After briefly panicking about not being able to make it, I reckon I'll be ok there and the people there are generally pretty cool and funny about the generally angry people they have to deal with.
I suppose I'd better head to bed soon but before I depart, does America breed these right-wing Christian numbnut women to be political 'pin ups'?!

Oh and my Mum and Dad celebrated 42 years of marriage over the weekend, which is really staggering, when you consider it for just a few seconds!
