(no subject)
So I took the plunge yesterday, declared a major. Public relations...I need to go over to Bunce sometime and pick up a business minor but I'm not too worried about it since tting the major was the big thing (needed that by Monday or else...). The communication department (which houses the PR specialization) advisor liked my grades so she gave me a Rowan University Academic Achiever mug. I told her next time there better be some hot chocolate or something in there if she knows what's good for her.
Finals have been okay but checkouts are a pain. Scheduling them all and keeping those appointments is annoying. It's kinda sad to see the residents leaving one by one. I hope at least some of them keep in touch next semester. I'm living in Mullica again, with freshmen this time. At first I thought it was cool but now Triad's looking pretty good. You get your own stove and apartment and it's actually easier RAing in the apartments than the dorms. Oh well, I'm sure it'll still be good over here; I hope we get a good RD.
I gotta start studying because I wanna get certified as a personal trainer. One of the Evergreeners did it and said he'll loan me the books, so that'll save me a couple hundred bucks; just gotta pay for the test itself now. Hopefully next year I can put in a few hours personal training at the gym. Also gonna join PRSA next semester.
I got a scholarship the other day.
Last final on Monday (PR) but we (RAs) have to stay until the 14th (graduation). I'm not sure why, but those are the rules. I'll use that time to catch up on sleep and video games.
Now I have to go shower because I am disgusting.
