It has been a month since the last update, so maybe I should update now!
My dad's fingers have healed and there is no permanent damage other than the scars.
On May 26, my friend Aaron (Red) from Tech got married to his wife Kira. They went to New York City for their honeymoon and had a good time. I wish them the best luck in the future!
We are in the middle of a major drought down here. In the past two months, there has been about 1/2 of an inch of rain. Droughts don't directly affect the water supply though, since the water for this city comes from an aquifer. However, due to the lack of rain, everyone who has a sprinkler system has it running three times a week on their assigned day. That wouldn't normally be too bad, but the pump on one of the wells the city uses is broken. So, due to people watering their lawns, Dothan is running near capacity. I'm hoping it will rain soon.
Robin is home for now but in a little while she will be leaving for her internship in California.
On Saturday Robin's friend Emily flew down here and stayed until this morning. I've always liked Emily so it was nice having her over here. I never get to see anyone anymore, so I'm always grateful when an opportunity comes around.
