Just thinking about how sad it is that LJ's fallen out of vogue and few of us, myself included, use it anymore. I barely even remember to check it.
It's sad because there's not really anything that's replaced it. I mean, facebook has. But we don't use facebook to sit down and contemplate something and write a fully-developed post about it. That you can then edit when you realized you made typos or forgot to include something.
Eventually all communication will take place via brief comments, animated gifs, and emoticons.
