Repo Madness
Woooooooot! We're gonna go to the Repo! road tour in Rutherford, NJ on Friday!
It's not impossible!
I really didn't think there was any way, since this week is so busy and I have no vehicle, but on a whim I looked up the theater and realized it's only 11 miles from Manhattan. Then I discovered that there is both railroad and bus service (and both cheap and relatively good timing) to the town, and according to the theater rep I spoke to on the phone, the theater's only a block or two from the train station. So even though I'm leading a field trip to the Museum of Sex for my school's Sex Week, I should have no problem getting there. And yay for being kind to pedestrian types. And, despite the hype I've been hearing on the Wicked Faire lj boards, there were still definitely tickets left as of yesterday. And only $15... for seeing the show again with other excited people and special guests director Darren Bousman, actor/writer Terrance Zdunich (Graverobber), and actress Alexa Vega. The event is going to have the film makers introducing the film and holding a post show audience Q& A plus an autograph session.
