Star Wars Night with the Evansville Thunderbolts
Travelled over to Evansville last night for the local hockey team's Star Wars Night. I was the sole Rebel Pilot but it didn't bother me too much as we had a great turnout of troops, both in number and quality. In addition to the regular TKs and jedi we had a Vader, a Kylo, a Palpatine, and even a Chopper! We mainly posed for pictures before the game and did a couple of minutes on the ice during each intermission. It was nice to see some Indiana faces I hadn't seen in a while and I was disappointed I couldn't stay around to hang out after the troop with everyone. Maybe next time I'll do what some of the others did and get a room at the Doubletree that connects with the Ford Center.
