Reality Realignment
Sister's wedding went off without too many hitches. Shoes hurt but did no permanent damage. Reading went well, got lots of complements and people wanting to know where I had found it. Pre-wedding primping was frustrating but it was impressive to see my sister transformed into a 40's movie star. Also I discovered a previously unknown talent for curling hair.
Exeter aikido course went off with only one hitch (no sugar for Sensei's tea - ooops) so that was pretty good. My coaching course is now only two weeks away and I'm quite nervous about it.
My deadline for my thesis was at the end of October, however I have been granted an interruption on medical grounds. I'm not quite clear what this make me at the moment (aside from stressed and unemployed). Basically it was felt that continuing on my previous timescale would be detrimental to my health as this rather fraught year has seemingly caught up with me a bit.
I just wish things were a bit more complete. Hate things still hanging on.
