update?
I can't believe how terrible I am at updating.
Oh well.
My grandparents are coming home in less than three weeks, which is sort of weird. I'll have to move back into my real house, and deal with my family every day, instead of now when I just deal with them when I feel like it.
Weirdness, though, my grandparents just bought a place in Florida, and they're selling their house up here (the one I'm staying in right now). My mom claims nothing is going to change, it's just cheaper to rent in EL than it is to in FL, but still. Weird. I've grown up with my grandparents living a few blocks away. Even though my mom says they will be here for 8 months, and there for 4, just like they are now, it is still strange to me.
I went and saw Jane May yesterday to make sure I'm still on track for graduation. I am. She was very impressed that I have only one math class left to take. The best part is, even if I get a 2.0 in MTH 421, I can still intern without having to take another class to boost the GPA. I'm thrilled.
It's kind of an odd feeling, having all of my classes for my senior year scheduled. I know I still have to intern but. . .wow, I'm getting old. And 21 in less than a month? What the hell? When did I grow up so much? I already have a three-day extravaganza planned out for my b-day, so if you're going to be in EL May 9-11, let me know. It's about to be a good time.
