jean's part two of driving school

Haha, I know how to drive now! I laugh because I complained about it so many times from before when all it had to take was four hours of driving around town. The instructor told me that I was a fast learner and that I was WAY better than the thirty-five-year-old he's also teaching. Sucks for him, but it's good for my ego. hehe...

Who knew that I'd actually end up being a good driver? o.0

I drove on the freeway, which turned out to be my favorite because driving on the freeway is awesome! And so is changing lanes. haha! I never thought I'd say this, but I actually love driving fast. It just feels great to go at 70 mph on the road. F'reals. Of course, I was once again asked to slow down (many times), but just because I feel the need for speed doesn't mean I'm some racing hoodlum. I just get too focused on the road that I forget to check my speed.

I also did a lot of turning today (added with a u-turn), which I still suck at so I'm going to keep practicing doing that. And I tried parking too, which I was actually pretty good at (a little rough, but I'm still good) although I tried it backwards and failed miserably.

I'm happy to say that I no longer got overtaken by cars. Teehee...

This is going to be SHOCKING, but I actually enjoy driving now. HAHA! How hilarious. The very thing that used to annoy me is now an enjoying thing for me. I mean, I still feel pretty lazy about it, but it’s no longer a horrible thing as I used to imagine it.

So I’m pretty much done with driving school. When I told my mom that I just need to practice driving on my own she got all paranoid and immediately told me to not even attempt to drive around the neighborhood with my sister while she’s gone. Hilarious! Made me mad though ‘cause how else would I master my skillZ? Oh well. I guess I’ll just have to wait for my dad.
