My God, it was a Vaughn episode! *horror* Which is why I'm not gonna say much on this episode. (Okay, I just didn't like it all that much, actually. Though it having a great deal of Vaughn didn't help it any.) Best part, though? Dixon repeatedly punching Vaughn. Me: "OMIGOD I LOVE YOU!!!!!"
Also, during the first scene, the following conversation took place:
Ray: "That place looks familiar..."
Me: "In the first season! *cackles* The bazaar-place! One bazaar is as good as another!"
Vaughn disturbs me. Seriously, he does. Vaughn: "And I hated my wife so I killed her! And I wanna help you out and you shouldn't be freaked out by me at all, Keira, despite the fact that I'm a wifekiller who was, like, seriously hitting on you earlier! Why no, I'm not Bluebeard."
Is it just me, or were Jack and Nadia seriously bonding? (And WTF was up with that B-story? They just needed something to focus on Nadia for or something?) Awwww, Nadia has two daddies. =D But, seriously, did they really think that little bit of Jack/Irina would please us? ....yeah, okay, so it did. But that's only 'cause I'm easy like that.
Re: the ending scene: I used to be a diehard S/V-shipper, ya know? Back before Phase One and the downhill-ness it suffered after. Oh, but how times change. Now I just want the pain to stop. Preferably by STOMPING THE SOURCE INTO THE GROUND AND SALTING THE EARTH AFTER SO IT CANNOT RISE AGAIN. Bitter? Me? Naaah. So, yeah. Really, though, there wasn't much Syd/Vaughn in the episode, but even the little that's shown is too much for me.
Oh, and the preview for the next episode?
Me: "Is it just me, or was that like..."
Ray: "X-Files?"
Me: "Yeah, X-Files."
Ray: "Yeah, I was thinking the exact same thing."
...yeah.
Still missing Sark. Three more episodes. Less than a month. Please hurry.
ETA: Baby Mitchell! Baby Mitchell! Baby Mitchell!!!!
