(no subject)
i had my juries yesterday.
my very first percussion jury ever.
when i auditioned to become a percussion major last year, apparantly i didn't audition to become a percussion performance major. so yesterday i had the choice of auditioning to become a performance major. i was really hesitant to because i wasn't sure if i was going to be able to cut it. but i decided to take my chances and audition for it anyway.
but the good news is i seemed to do fairly well on my jury.
i got two A-'s and one A. hahahahha.
ok so i did EXTREMELY well. i was so relieved.
meaning i passed my juries and am going to be a performance major next semester. and i will have hour lessons. which will be a lot more fun.
i got myself so worked up over it. i was SO nervous and banana's have beta blockers so i had a banana even though i hate bananas because of the way they feel in your mouth. but that's ok. i calmed me down a little bit.
i couldn't have been any happier. i didn't show that i messed up when i did and i felt so good coming out of that jury. it was GREAT.

is my carribean christmas concert.
it's my steel drum concert. showing at 2pm and 8pm
at cal state long beach's carpenter performing arts center.
$7 general and $5 for csulb students.
there is a $5 parking fee if you're not a csulb student. but for those who have parking stickers, parking is FREE.
my best friends vicky and jackie are coming so if you want to go with them call them!
i had a final in SOC wed and i didn't even know it. i almost didn't go to class but thank god i did. but we'll see how i do in SOC knowing that i failed 2 of my other midterms. hopefully she'll pass me with a C, or else i'll have to take it over.
but whatever, i am SO over that class.
