A lot of versions for the same video

I'm kinda tired of adding 4621365256 versions of the same performance/pv to the index.
Lately the updates are huge and this is making me procrastinate a lot when I have to update. I don't want to get tired of updating the index because I know it's quite useful and a lot of people need it,and I want it to be up to date, so I need to do something

At first I thought I would do this, you know, 1 locked 1 open rule. Then I started to look for the possibilities that might happen if I do that. Bare with my rant now:
If I add 1 locked 1 open, it could happen what is happening a lot lately, that is that the open link in a few months might be a locked link :/ A lot of subbers (solo subbers mainly, or perf subbers) lately, after a few months subbing, decide to lock all their posts, so that open link will be a locked one. So, in that case, I thought, "Well, I just have to delete that one and add the next open link for that perf". But then again I though, if that happens, after a few months, I probably ignored other open links that were available at that time that I don't have anymore. Then what do I do? Just wait for the next open one??? Probably not fair for the other subbers... Search for the old ones?? In the end is just a mess that probably will give me more work than what I actually had already.
LOL I'm sorry I'm such an annoying person creating more trouble lol, but after a few years doing this, I already know the future problems I will have if I change anything hahhaha
So anyway, 1 open 1 locked is kinda difficult, but I guess it will work if I go with 2-2 or 3-2, just in case some open links are locked suddenly.

I forgot. About regular arashi tv shows. Till now there aren't so many subbed versions of the same show or clip to the extent that I can't handle it, so I really dont think I'll do anything about that. I'll just add them all and that's it. I'll think about your idea if I see in a future that I should cut the number of links there ^^
