It wasn't like Koki got tons of time to spend hanging out on the beach near where he grew up and he didn't want to spend that small amount of time feeling like a dork. Plus it wasn't right for younger brothers to be better at things than their older brothers. Otherwise how were they supposed to look up to them? It made him grumpy.

Juri grinned, self-satisfied. "Lower center of gravity, bro."
"You'd better shut your face," Koki griped before unceremoniously falling off of his board. . . again.

From their shady haven under the umbrella, they looked over to where YamaPi was just coming out of the water, surfboard under one arm, wetsuit unzipped to the waist and water running down his chest.

Nika and Senga called out encouragement from the water.
"No."
"Don't worry, Tama-chan. I'll stay here with you," Miyata smiled indulgently.
Fujigaya grumbled, kicking the sand. "I can't believe they let you watch Jaws last night."
