The more I learn, the more cynical I become.........
The more I read these cases in Statutory Interpretation, the more cynical I'm becoming. It truly seems as if in these cases, the Supreme Court sits down, reviews what cases are being petitioned to them, decided which ones to take and then decide how they want the result of each case before they even hear any of the arguments.
