notes: Quick drabble inspired by the beautiful lunar eclipse that we saw a couple of months ago when it was too cold to really go outside and enjoy it.
Gara shivered under the blanket, glancing toward the balcony door, willing Nero to hurry so he could cling to a warm body.
What was taking so long?
On cue, Nero emerged with two full wine glasses. He handed one to Gara and slid back under the blanket, pulling the lanky vocalist onto his chest. Gara tucked the blanket around them tightly, melting into Nero’s warm embrace.
“If it’s too cold, we can go inside,” Nero murmured.
“No,” Gara insisted. “You’ll keep me warm enough, and we promised we would watch the eclipse together.”
“It is beautiful,” Nero agreed.
“And romantic.”
