I Remember This Place...
Six days later Carla's back home, and Stephen is home as well. For various reasons they were kept there for testing (such as mother's high blood pressure and a bit of jaundice on Stephen's part).
The introduction to Drake went rather well, considering how excited he was to see us...not to mention this new life in the house. It will all come with time but I do feel it went very smoothly.
The sad part is, now I'm off to work. I should've taken one more day, but too many unpaid days will start to add up. Still, here's to finally being home again.
