[Wedding the Second - April 29]
Frankly, all the things that Dale had insisted they do between weddings were a little inappropriate, even for a married couple and Joe was still blushing every single time he thought about it. However, they were officially married now and he knew that meant sometimes he had to do things that Dale liked just because Dale liked them. That was what being a good husband was all about and Joe would do almost anything to change himself if it meant Dale would love him more.
The benefit of that was knowing that sometimes Dale had to do things that Joe liked and since no one had been at the first wedding, the thing he liked right at that very moment was the idea of having a second wedding. This time he'd gotten dressed up in a nice suit and had managed to push Dale into something similar. There were no flowers to be seen, which Joe thought was a little too macho for his tastes, but he had to make sacrifices, he supposed.
Veronica had agreed to marry them, which was just swell, because Veronica was great. And Joe had gone around to everyone he knew and invited them to the wedding. Most importantly, he wanted Logan and Anne to be there with him to see this special day.
And the wedding, as he expected, was absolutely beautiful. Now he and Dale were married twice and it was the best thing ever. Joe didn't remember the last time he'd been so happy.
