DAVID HEWLETT IS MY SQUISHY
Okay, still haven't checked comments from ages ago so I should technically get back to those before I post but I gotta say.. DAVID HEWLETT IS MY SQUISHY! Yes, I went to this years Creation Con in Burbank. And yes I squished me a David Hewlett. I also got to shake poor wounded Jason Momoa's hand. Poor baby, I felt so bad for him. He was all messed up. Not that it stopped him from telling his mooning David story with luster and prancing around the stage like an unstable loon. Rachel was there as well, of course, but I think she was more into her baby than anything else, especially during the photo ops. She sung live though, which was awesome. Poor girl was nervous as heck!
Will do a better write up when I'm more conscious, but for anyone who couldn't be there, or for anyone who wants to relive some of the funnier moments, I popped up three top sekrit vids from the con for your enjoyment. It was hilarious let me tell ya. I also have some of Rachel singing, and Jason playing guitar and David being weird, so I'll prolly add those in the next post. Here are the vids, all mentioning Joe Flanigan of course:

Also, my favorite reason why David Hewlett is my squishy:
Since I somehow consider celebrity photographs similar to wildlife photography, after I got out from the Jason Momoa photo ops room and right before we left the con altogether, my mom spotted David in the hall and I was like whoohoo! and decided to snap a pic:
It was kinda dark and since I refuse to use the flash of death if I can help it, I was at high risk of blurry ghetto photos. But I tried anyway. When David looked somewhat in my direction, I waved and said "Hi! :D/" just like that, and David did a double take and scoffed, "Oh, you are SO suttle!"
To which I kinda laughed and looked up from the camera, which is why it got blurred all to hell. Plus, some lady accidentally got in the photo and had to duck, but not before David scolded her, "Someone's trying to take a picture!!" Then he gave the most beautiful happy smile and I was totally floored. It was awesome. :D
Man, I'm bushed. All in all, the con was a lot of fun. Only talked to one fellow fan at the time, and I can't quite remember her LJ name, 'snarkiest' maybe? I couldn't really hear! something like that. She happened to recognize my LJ name from when they played my Carson the Lion vid on Saturday. To which I replied: O_O?? Crazy. I'm glad they didn't play it while I was there or I would've died and melted into the floor. Not sure if it won anything, but it was definitely played. So yay that? More tomorrow!
