Being an old bat ftw
Happy belated bday to me! Woulda posted yesterday, but I was so totally dead from walking the whole length of the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Hell, I'm still feeling it, but it was fun, as I never been there before. Or the San Diego Zoo, which I went to a couple weeks ago. It was great. I took a lot of awesome pics with my new Sony DSC H50. It serves me well. Will post some pics later at some point. Prolly in a million years or so, or tomorrow if I'm not too lazy.
Also voted for the first time in my life today. Not sure what got into me, but I'm glad I did it. Registered with my mom, who also voted for the first time in her life today. She was really excited. I believe it was Prop 2 and 8 that inspired me personally. I hope those 'Yes on 8! \o/!' people with their ten thousand goddamn yellow signs get the smackdown. For blocks and blocks I've seen nothing but those stupid signs. Like fifty in a row. They better not just leave their signs all over to litter the streets when this is all said and done! Or else! :B!
Other than that, I got quite a bit of bday money, spent some of it on season three and four of House so I can catch up. I think I trailed off mid season four because of the lack of Chase and Foreman overload, but now I figure what the hell, I might as well get into it again since the main character is still awesome. Unfortunately, Chase has turned into some kind of zombie bitch monster, which is sad, but maybe the writers will actually give him something to do soon. Someday. Maybe.
