I always think of military friends who have passed (all non-combat related), however, for me, this holiday has been about remembering family.

I dreamed of my father last night.

That in itself is not strange.  I've dreamed of him on and off throughout the years.  The strange part is that it was the second time in a week.  And I remember hearing his voice this time.  Can't recall what exactly he said...just that he said something.
