Bored and non productive.... finals week.
Life is frustrating.
Last week I had a major presentation that I had to give on Tuesday. In addition to working full times on both jobs, Tons of various plans between family things and Trent things. Presentation went ok but now I haven't had time to be starting the final paper that's due tomorrow for the class. Just when I think that I'm starting to get the whole tuition and credit card thing down, my car blew up on my way to class thursday.
Trent was awesome. He picked me up from class, took a look at my car, drove it carefully to a mechanic, drove me back to his house, snuggled up with me, and held me while we watched shows we both like. Before we went to bad, he told me he'd take care of my car and if I drove him to work in the morning, I could take his car for the day. He picked up my car while i was at work, paid for it and drove it home for me to pick up.
Then more work and work and work and social things and social things. Trent talked me into giving him a haircut last night. I'd never used clippers before or cut anyone's hair except trimming my own. It was quite the experience and it didn't turn out horribly. Thanks to some sage advice from my favorite hairdresser lady who lives too far away :) liv4jesus was great enough to teach me how from 2000 miles away.
Now Trent is 2000 miles away in Mexico. I worked for 20 mins today before we sold out. It took me longer to drove to work and back than to actually sell out of the strawberries. All good but still. Now I have a paper due and I don't have a whole lot motivation getting me going. I'm just having a hard time with starting or forming an argument or anything I need to do for this. Part of it is Trent being gone. I have a hard time functioning when he's not here. I just feel like some big part of my life is missing. I'm also sore from work and other things so that doesn't help the motivation thing.
So on the To Do list: 1) Paper. 2) Make enough money to pay for the car repairs. 3) Paperwork that I was supposed to do last week for dad's coworker. 4) Clean all the stuff I shoved together for the sake of having it done over the weekend.
