It has now been about 3 weeks since our saltwater tank has been set up. Our mollies have been living healthily in the tank for over a week, so we decided to add some hardy fish and algae eaters to the tank to further accelerate the cycling of the water. Im proud to introduce Nemo (clownfish), Rapunzel (Damsel), Nabisco (Chocolate Starfish), and Sabastion (hermit crab). These new fish and invertebrates were introduced to the tank last night and seem to be doing very well. If all goes well in a week a few more fish will be added to the tank including a purple pseudochromis which will aptly be named Suzee P. Anyway, I'm very happy with the progress and health of the tank. I guess moving slow is the best route to a healthy saltwater aquarium. As for the seahorse aquarium, the water levels are doing great and I added live rock and plants last night. I should be able to add 1 or 2 algae eaters in a few weeks. Im not going to rush into seahorses until some healthy algae grows and the water is stable. Well your local saltwater fish update. Hope you enjoyed.
