I just spent a few hours making myself a pair of boots. yes, MAKING a pair of boots. I have one finnished most of the way, and I'll make the 2nd tomorrow.
as I was making them though, I relized, there is such a thing as "too accurate". I'm not saying that the fist pair of boots I ever made start to finnish is great, but when you put then next to modernly made "period" Renaissance, or Medieval style boots, there is no comparison. the construction methods are just compleatly diffrent.
