Where can I find a decent set of knockers?
Nice couple of episodes tonight! Both shows using the events of the episode to give us insight to the characters' relationships. I was expecting this in Bones; it was a pleasant surprise in House. I was fearing that the House episode would be terribly campy, but it worked for me *and* gave us lots of yummy Huddy interaction. I'm still trying to sort out all the implications. So... here's my standard episode rambles....
Bones 3x13 - The Verdict in the Story
- Wah? I missed the beginning. Why is Bones laughing? Yay, Caroline!
- Awww. Poor Sweets. He doesn't want to stop seeing them. He feels rejected.
- LOL! "Give Clark his hand back, Dad!"
- Wow. The squints against Bones. And "those African-Americans." LOL, Zach.
- Kinda funny Bones: "But I believe my father is guilty." Glossing over the truth won't be easy for her.
- Hahahahaha! Caroline's rampage to each of them: belt buckle, badges, cutting own hair, ugly up (LOL!), grown-up words and stomach growling. Awww. Angela won't testify.
- Wow. Harsh words on both sides. LOL, Bones and Booth chastised for whispering.
- Awww. Bones still doesn't get why the squints feel bad about testifying.
- LOL, Hodgins: "As with all copper pipes, it was made of copper."
- Awww. Booth has to be prompted to give the most damning testimony.
- Caroline really thought Angela would change her mind? She doesn't know her very well. Awww, Bones still doesn't understand. LOL, Booth telling Bones to sit down. Wonder what the jury thinks with the accused's daughter objecting to her friend refusing to testify against her father...
- Awww. "In this case, my conscience is clear. "That's not the same as being innocent."
- Awwww. Angela and Bones. "What did I do to deserve a friend like you."
- Hahahaha. Bones and Booth whispering about Sweets. Hahahahaha! The judge made them switch seats!!! "You don't whisper as quietly as you think you do." Hahahahaha! Sweets' saying "totally". Sweets was trying to give an out, that Max was trying to protect his family.
- Oh man. Caroline destroyed Russ's testimony. They are in trouble.
- Hahahahaha! Bones and Booth's faces when Sweets says he wants to use them in his book. LOL. Hahahaha! Bones joins Booth in teasing Sweets. Awww, Sweets is sulking about being teased. LOL. (So that's how they are keeping him on the show)
- Hahaha. Booth taunting Zach about apparently missing something. Zach: I don't miss anything. Nice. Clark just blew the case apart.
- Awww. Bones is still confused that she is happy that her father might go free. Booth helping her understand and making her laugh. "Sometimes I think you're from another planet. And sometimes I think you're very nice."
- Awww. "You stayed for me."
- Awww. She ran to Booth to flesh out her theory.
- Wow. She's making herself the alternate possibility. Wow, very effective use of false flashbacks to show Bones possibly committing the murder. Awww, Booth can't do it; can't say that Bones could have done it.
- Awwww. Booth coming to hug her. Then Angela. Awww, her dad. And the whole team is happy that they lost. Awww, Caroline approves of what Bones did.
- NEXT WEEK: OMG!!! Is something happening to Zach???!!!
House 4x14 - Living the Dream
- What??? How did House do that?
- Hahahaha! It's JAHCO surprise visit! Nice touch, having Cuddy move her badge to above her waist (regulation). LOL, Cuddy leading the inspector away from House's arrival in the limo.
- Wow, House noticed the actor pausing by seconds.
- LOL!!!! Cuddy asking the old ducklings to keep track of House. OMG! Chase refuses!!! Nice!
- House: (re: Cuddy not yelling at him) It's either an inspection or an aneurysm.
- LOL!!! Wilson limping. House: Are you mocking me? OMG. What did House inject him with? And he didn't even catch him.
- Oh, Taub knows the actor. Hahaha. House in sunglasses, looking all cool. LOL. Taub and 13 trying to convice the actor not to sue. 13, saying it would make House happy to cause problems for Cuddy. LOL. Btw, Cuddy looks great!
- Wow. Cameron is really doing all House's paperwork since she left???
- LOL, the whole team watching the soap. Hahahaha! Foreman: Everything is under control. Cuddy: Yeah, great job. Wow, she steps really, really close to House!!!! I love this scene! Yay, banter!
- Hahaha! Wilson's face as Amber lies to try to get a lower price on the mattress. Oh, Wilson, of course she means for him to get the mattress she chose. Don't listen to her words...
- OMG! House basically saying 13's breasts aren't big enough. LOL! "Where can I find a decent set of knockers?" (You know he's thinking of a certain dean...) And I can't believe Cameron is still working on House's files.
- Hmmm, they made a cleavage shot for Cameron. Not that impressed. House accusing Cameron of making up a reason to stay in the office.
- Ewwww! Eating in the morgue! Hahaha, Cuddy was surprised. How did House know the inspector was due to come down there? He's doing this for the TV? Oooo, more close, intense conversation. A safe word? I love how House knows how Cuddy will react. He is taking advantage, but not to cause her trouble (because he could have said a lot of damaging things...) but to get the TV. He only pushes so far... most of the time.
- Huh. A House/Cameron moment. She says she misses the puzzles, not him. I hope they stay with that.
- OMG! Ewww, Wilson/Amber? (um, not something I really needed to see...) Huh? She was testing him? Will she think that he will get too clingy?
- Wow, House. "Hope is for sissies."
- Um, unless the POTW has a probe inserted somewhere, there wouldn't be a temperature readout on his monitor like that. Oh well. Things like that make me laugh.
- Hahaha! Wilson confessing that he wants a waterbed.
- Hahaha! House to Foreman: QED I win.
- Uh oh, House grabbed the steroids himself. Oooo, Cuddy!!! Hmm, House says for Cuddy to stop him if she knows he's wrong. But she says her job is on the line. He gives her an out that sacrifices himself. But she won't take it. Awwww.
- I was wondering if House would wait or not. It seemed to indicate that he at least hesitated. But I guess that would really be out of character for him because he was convinced he was right. I'm really still trying to digest this interaction here between House and Cuddy, as well as Cuddy's perspective throughout this episode. She really is invested in each patient's well-being but she also really believes in House *and* she also is painfully aware of what it takes to keep the hospital out of trouble. (I seriously don't want any sort of administrative position - ever.) Look at how she hovers over this patient's testing: it's not because of the inspector, it's because of the patient.
- House is unhappy because the solution isn't complete. It's an allergy but they don't know the source.
- Interesting to hear Cuddy arguing the anti-administrative position. I wonder what the inspector was going to say about Chase. And that was all he was going to say about House?
- Ahhhhh! Cuddy in bed! And House calls her to share his breakthrough! Awwww. *And* he asks about the inspection first. ($200,000? Wow.) Because he knows that's important to her. Then he shares his breakthrough and she totally appreciates it and gives him his moment. Hahaha! She takes back the TV. Hahaha! "The contract clearly stated, no takesie backsies." "Good night, House." "What are you wearing?" "Good night, House." "Good night, Cuddy." Definitely affection there. Kind of reminded me of Moose and Squirrel a bit, huh? Lovely scene.
- OMG!!! Next week! Lots of Cuddy! Including fantasy!Cuddy. LOL!!! Can't wait!!!
