sometimes I do have a real soft side
... Not that I like to admit it, but it is there. A certain softness about me.
The other day I shut down for the night. I was tired and a bit irritated (at what I am not sure now). I walked through the noisy , fuel and hot oil smellin parking lot. As I got to the entrance of the truck stop restraunt, I saw a baby bunny ( only about 4 inches) eatin some grass just barely out from the shrubs. He then hopped out a bit farther not payin anymind to me being about 4 foot from him. Then I saw another baby come out and join him. I have to say that I immediately had a bit of a smile on my face and the "aww how sweet" feelin hit me. A fellow trucker came up and I pointed out the baby. He smiled too and we talked about how cute the bunnies were. After that I wasnt irritated any more and had a good evenin. Still tired but the mood was totally changed. So sue me, I am a butch with a soft side
