this weekend
lllooooooooooooooooooong ass weekend.
Sorber is done.
Holy cow. I will never have to do another Sorber in my life and it feels awesome. It went pretty well and besides the normal stresses and getting pissed at people and overcoming crises, etc... it was a success. It was good to see the many alum and fellow competitors.
Sunday went ok too. Madison. Kate and I took 2nd in Duo, so can't complain too much about the rewrite. Prose didn't do so hot because I was stumbling all over it. Did take a 1st in a round though. Brendan and Sarah came along (two newbies) and did fairly well. Brendan's DI didn't go over the best... but he was upbeat, enjoyed himself, and will learn from the experience. Sarah's Prose almost made finals... which is amazing considering it was her first time out. So I was really happy for her. 2-22, and 2-23 is nothing to scoff at.
