When their father is arrested for his work in the underground Family Re-Unification Movement, Joe and Nick must leave home and make a dangerous journey across the country, from New Jersey to Washington DC. There they intend to join and aid the Movement’s DC branch. And eventually they realize that along the way, they might have fallen for each other. All’s fair in love and war, and this rebellion is the Jonas’s war.
