on Vivaldi and New Kids on the Block
So I'm in chorus, singing Vivaldi's Magnificat, and there's a four note motive in the middle of the last movement in the alto line that I know I'd heard before, I just couldn't place it. for anyone who can understand music, it was middle C, up to G, down to F#, down to D.
Then I figured it out. Anyone remember New Kids on the Block? I think I was about 10 when they fell off the face of the earth, one of their songs, that was the baseline, or an important motive, or something. In Vivaldi. Scary.

I have been informed that the song I am referencing is "the right stuff." I don't remember, I was all of 8 when they were big.
