I feel like crap. Like bloated and failed crap. And I know why; I haven't been kind to myself. Though I parked further away than I could have and hoofed it a couple blocks, I still ate a piece of cheesecake and some chocolate-y things. You've been through a LOT the last little while. It's totally normal to slip up. But, you're not letting yourself go. You're aware of what's going on and your plan is to stop it from it from continuing and escalating. You can do it, babe. I'm proud of you. Like...seriously, for sticking to parking and walking when you could have had someone else park your car and taken way fewer steps. You've helped your family make better food choices. You're still strong. It's okay to lapse a little. We all do it. *hugs*
