We often can hear and say about some questions like 'oh, it's rethoric question' - may be it's because of no wish to discuss or may be because of inanity (бессмысленность) of the question.
There was a time when neither logics nor rethorics didn't existed. And that man was more convinced who had more power it is to be supposed...
