Today was death. Slow, horrible, painful, gratuitous death.
It started out nice enough with a late beginning at 12 with Intro to Sociology. I had already had the prof so he new me and I know what to expect...especially there is supposed to be a certain amount of overlap between Soc and Cultural Anthropology which I had in the Spring.
Then I had Concepts of Professional Nursing, or as I like to call it OMFG! TOO LONG! I'M SO HUNGRY!...you think I'm joking, hmph. Anyways the prof is the Nursing Chairperson and she is nice...but a little ditzy. She goes on tangents. And she is not very good at effectively explaining certain projects and stuff to us. We have a 15 minute break and we get out quarter to 4. Next time I am bringing hella food stuffs. And going to the Wa-Wa and getting coffee. But we are going to have a field trip, and that should be fun. And it is only one day a week. Also I know a lot of the sophmore nursing students in there, and my former A&P prof is in there as he is a junior in the nursing degree he decided to persue.
Finally, there was Mechanisms of Disease I. With my dad as prof. It was a little weird, he is different when teaching, but I suppose I'll get used to it. I had a headache and my stomach was growling from Concepts and I was feeling generally faint, tired, and miserable. We got out at around 5 which would have seemed really short if I wasn't feeling so awful. I basically sat with the smae girls as in Concepts once we got to the lecture hall. But the funniest thing about Mech is how the majority of the Concepts students are sophomore's and we all -like 20 or maybe 30 of us- end up walking across campus like, and I quote, "a gaggle of geese". XD
I rushed home, not willing to stay and wait with my dad because I was feeling so horrible. Dinner was not ready, so I continued to suffer in my bedroom for another half-hour. When the food was done, I got really nauseous eating it, my I forced a small bit down so my body could get some energy. And then I crashed. I only just woke up and a a second dinner at 9.
