Day two.

Weight: 173.5 pounds.
Caloric Intake: 2000 (arrrg!)
Activity: yoga- 30 minutes, Tai chi-30 minutes, walking- 45 minutes.

Maybe tomorrow, I'll play something on Wii, or bust out Dance Dance Revolution.  Maybe.  My quads hurt.
