The big problem with diets is that when you stop using that diet, you usually gain aa lot of the weight back on.
The 3 meals and a workout seems to be the only one that works for me, at least... A bowl of muesly, with whole ilk and a small dollop of jam for breakfast. No regrets about the jam as I labored to pick the berries, then clean and cook them. Lunch is 3 whole-grain pieces of bread, usually with cured meat sausage, sliced very thinly - not because of the 30% fat, but because of the cost.
It's when it comes to dinner that I fail... That, and the exercise, of course...
Want to buy an almost new exercise bike? Barely used at all... (It's scheduled to the next time a local school organises a fleamarket to get some money for their marching band.)
Fish oil capsules. Would that be cod liver oil, possibly? With Omega 3 fatty acids? It's supposed to be very good for the heart.(So I pop two capsules each day, as it recommends on the box) Some research seems to indicate that it may also slow Alzheimers, but nothing conclusive as of yet. It's recommended by some doctors here, on the basis that it can't hurt.
Except that some people in Sweden now says that it CAN hurt. That it actually decreases the efficiency of your immune system, and that it's not a good idea to use it during flu season...
I am not on a diet at all. I found this paper in my file as I am cleaning out and I just wanted to share this with you guys. All I am is a food watcher. I watch what I eat pretty much :)
I am only into taking the fish oil one cap a day. What I have here is from Spring Valley Enteric coated omega 3 fish oil 1000 mg. I only take it while I am pregnant and the doctor insist I take it before and after if I plan to have more kids in the future. *hands in air and shrugs*
To buy your bike. maybe!! My husband wants one but show me what kind you got and I'll let you know :D
