so my sister needed Office 2004 on her new mac to do her homework. the versions I and all her friends gave her didn't work. so I sent her a link to download open office for osx, and the instructions on how to install X11 (the java needed to run it). I made sure to check the instructions were correct, and they were. My sister didn't read them, put in her OSX install CD, and erased all her music, homework, and pictures.

sigh. I feel like a horrible brother.
