A couple years ago, I closed the door on someone I had known for over 20 years. This week, I closed the door on someone I had known for over 15 years. We have had our ups and downs, moments where we have had to have space and managed to come back, but not this time. I told her this was the straw that broke my back. I also closed the door on someone I've known over 10 years, someone up to 4 years ago, I never thought our bond could be broken. I also closed the screen door on a young lady who has expressed interest. It depends on what happens next if the door gets permanently closed. I realize all the things these doors and a few others have in common. I don't give in order to receive, I do what I can, when I can...but when I have gone above and beyond and receive very blatant FUCK YOU in return and expected to continue as nothing happened...no, FUCK YOU! I am done being used, being played, being lied to, being blamed for your actions, and treated like a convenience.
