Because I work at the second, and the second is "partnered" if you will with the first, I was able to purchase the 2006 purchase program kit:

* Microsoft* Windows Vista* Ultimate

Intel sells it for $900, I paid $247.35 including tax and 2nd day shipping.
They'll send it to me just before Christmas.
