Rave - Thank God for Cable!
Now that I have my disappointment with commercial TV off my chest I have to share the news to everyone who is a Torchwood fan who is lucky enough to have Optus/Foxtel available.
While watching Doctor Who on UKTV last night, what should turn up on the ad break? A blank screen with DOCTOR WHO written on it which slowly morphed the letters around to finally read (wait for it) TORCHWOOD.
Thank goodness someone has used their brains at last. Channel 10's pitiful treatment of this program when it first aired was diabolical. To top it off, when trying to find out when the complete box set would be available (I was assuming mid December) I was told by Video Ezy that this was now not the case and that it has been delayed with no release date yet.
C'mon December 11 - Doctor Who followed by Torchwood - who cares if they are repeats, it is still a million times better than the crap that is on commercial TV now that the ratings period is almost over.
