This image began as the theme of Frodo on a dragon. Tolkien dragons are evil, and this one looks especially evil so it made me think about who, and what Frodo would have become if he kept the ring. Thanks muchly. I haven't made an icon as the ring would get rather lost at that size. As the ring is so important to the whole theme of the image I wan't to keep it clearly visible.

Thanks muchly. It isn't till you set them against a black background that you realise just how much Peter Jackson played with colour to set the mood for a lot of his scenes. When you put this face against black the red and gold give it a really brooding feel which I just loved.

Wow - that is truly food for thought.

The look on Frodo's face is just amazing . . . mesmerized perhaps is the word.

I love the touch of the dragon's 'ear' threading across his ring finger . . . and then his gaze follows across to the ring.

Very powerful.

Thanks for this. I better tel you it isn't the dragons ear on his ring finger - it's the ring itself. It's sheer coincidence that its the same colour and texture as the dragon scales - but now I've noticed I like it that way :)
